<p>We are looking for a strategic and proven <strong>Head of Risk &amp; Anti-Fraud</strong> to own and lead our overall risk management strategy. In this high-impact executive role reporting directly to C-level, you will safeguard our proprietary iGaming platform and optimize business growth across high-velocity Tier-1 markets.</p> <p></p> <p>? <strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul><li>Architect and execute the company-wide Anti-Fraud, Risk, and KYC/AML strategy from scratch.</li><li>Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing Risk &amp; Anti-Fraud team.</li><li>Protect marketing and promotional budgets by designing proactive mechanisms to prevent bonus abuse and affiliate exploitation.</li><li>Lead vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and integration of cutting-edge anti-fraud technologies, ML tools, and automated detection systems.</li><li>Define risk appetite, budget allocation, and mathematical risk monitoring models for C-level executives.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to balance strict risk controls with conversion rates and player LTV.</li></ul> <p>? <strong>What We Expect From You</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of total experience in iGaming Risk Management &amp; Anti-Fraud (Tier-1 market focus).</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> in a managerial role (Head / Lead / Manager) building teams and operational workflows from scratch.</li><li>Proven track record in selecting and integrating enterprise risk &amp; KYC ecosystems (Sumsub, SEON, Accertify, etc.) and BI platforms.</li><li>Strategic understanding of international iGaming licensing frameworks, regulatory compliance, and AML/CFT laws.</li><li>Strong leadership, executive communication, and analytical mindset.</li><li>Fluent English (B1+ level).</li></ul> <p>? <strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul><li>Executive autonomy to shape safety strategy and directly influence unit economics in Tier-1 GEOs.</li><li>Direct hiring and software budget responsibility.</li><li>Highly competitive salary package + performance/bonus alignment.</li><li>100% remote flexibility with zero corporate red tape.</li></ul>
