<p><strong>Contract Full-Time Bookkeeper (QBO Experience Required)</strong></p> <p>KHL Bookkeeping is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled <strong>full-time remote bookkeeper</strong> to join our team. If you are ready to take on challenges and grow with a collaborative, knowledge-driven team, this is your chance to become part of the KHL family!</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul><li>Keep clients' books accurate and up to date</li></ul> <ul><li>Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and the General Ledger</li></ul> <ul><li>Prepare P&amp;L statements and Balance Sheets</li></ul> <ul><li>Reconcile bank accounts and manage monthly closings</li></ul> <ul><li>Collaborate with our team and participate in meetings</li></ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul><li>Fluent in English (B2+ level)</li></ul> <ul><li>2+ years of QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience</li></ul> <ul><li>Skilled in MS Office 365, Bitrix24, Zoom, Dropbox, Google Drive</li></ul> <ul><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting</li></ul> <ul><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks</li></ul> <ul><li>Team player ready to contribute to success</li></ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive salary + annual bonus (based on client load, up to 15 monthly clients)</li></ul> <ul><li>Three months' probation. First month: up to 10 clients.
