<p>We are seeking a Graphic Designer with hands-on experience using AI-driven design tools to join our creative team in Gibraltar. Supporting an Ontario-facing online gaming brand, this role reports to the Senior Brand Manager and plays a key role in delivering fast, engaging, and visually impactful assets across casino, sports, CRM, and marketing.</p> <p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul><li>Lead the creation of visual assets for web, mobile, CRM, and social channels — including banners, animations, game tiles, and campaign creatives.</li><li>Use AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway ML) to generate concepts, iterate fast, and scale visual output.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Marketing teams to deliver high-performing creatives tailored to specific campaign objectives.</li><li>Support rapid content creation and localisation through AI-enhanced workflows.</li><li>Maintain visual consistency and alignment with brand identity while pushing boundaries with innovative and dynamic designs.</li><li>Contribute to UI/UX improvements through visually optimised onsite elements and player journeys.</li><li>Participate in concept development for promotions, landing pages, and video/motion assets — using AI to prototype and ideate faster.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest in AI design tech and recommend new tools or approaches to increase team efficiency.</li><li>Assist with competitor creative research and trend analysis to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p> <ul><li>2+ years of graphic design experience in a digital environment; iGaming, entertainment, or high-volume consumer brands preferred.</li><li>Strong portfolio showing mastery of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and AI design platforms (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-generated visuals into brand-safe, polished final designs.</li><li>Solid understanding of layout, typography, motion, and responsive design.</li><li>Proactive, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li><li>A passion for innovation and a “design first, iterate fast” mindset.</li><li>Experience in video editing, 3D, or animation is a plus.</li></ul> <p>Tech stack</p> <p>Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator After Effects 3D Modeling Animation AI Artificial Intelligence (AI)<br /></p>
