<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p>- Define the architecture (information systems, technologies, integrations) for the bank projects and business areas;<br /> - Ensure that the architecture meets the functional requirements and characteristics, as well as the policies and standards of the bank;<br /> - Document the architecture, get approval from stakeholders, and then implement it with the team;<br /> - Analyze alternatives, make compromises, and make architectural decisions;<br /> - Ensure that the architecture portfolio meets standards and is kept up-to-date. </p> <p></p> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: </strong></p> <p>- Experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role for a minimum of 2 years;<br /> - Skills in sketching, documenting, and structuring architecture diagrams;<br /> - Knowledge of project management;<br /> - Advanced proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English;<br /> - Experience in the financial banking sector will be an advantage;<br /> - Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, etc.) will be an advantage;<br /> - Knowledge of reference models (BIAN, TMForum, etc.);<br /> - Knowledge of modeling languages and notations (UML, ArchiMate, C4Model). </p> <p></p> <p><strong>COMPANY OFFERS:</strong></p> <p>- Working in one of the largest and most dynamic banks;</p> <p>- Rewarding pay rate, individually established depending on candidate’s experience;</p> <p>- Flexible work schedule: 8.30 (9.00) - 17.30 (18.00) (5/7).
