<p></p> <p><strong>CORPORATE LAWYER </strong></p> <p>We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer who knows how to successfully apply his legal skills in practice and for commercial purposes as well .</p> <p><strong>Duties:</strong></p> <ol><li>Preparation of documents and support for opening companies abroad.</li></ol><ol><li>Interaction with banks and payment systems to open accounts and prepare responses to financial monitoring requests;</li></ol><ol><li>Conducting inspections of counterparty companies (Due Diligence);</li></ol><ol><li>Analysis, drafting and approval of agreements, contracts and memoranda, including NDA, NCA, b2b, b2c;</li></ol><ol><li>Preparation of documents and support of clients in compliance in foreign partner companies;</li></ol><ol><li>Preparation and execution of corporate documents (resolutions, minutes, charters, etc.);</li></ol><ol><li>Interaction with notaries and registrars;</li></ol><ol><li>Providing verbal and written advice on the company's objectives.</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ol><li>Higher legal education;</li></ol><ol><li>At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;</li></ol><ol><li>Upper-Intermediate level of English (including professional vocabulary);</li></ol><ol><li>Experience in managing several jurisdictions and working with international contracts (foreign banks, various payment systems and other financial services);</li></ol><ol><li>Experience in legal and tax consulting, writing opinions on legal validity and risks;</li></ol><ol><li>Competent, clear oral and written expression, the ability to quickly and structurally convey a position, as well as offer alternatives;</li></ol><ol><li>Ability to independently immerse yourself in the specifics of the company's activities and in the specifics of local legislation;</li></ol><ol><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work in a multitasking environment, personal discipline;</li></ol><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Long-term partnership and competitive salary;</li> <li>Career opportunities: with us, you can go from lawyer to partner;</li> <li>A mentor who will accompany you throughout your career;</li> <li>Possibility of remote work during martial law;</li> </ul><p>We consider potential candidates who not only have excellent professional knowledge and skills, but also show flexibility in changes, are able to adapt to new conditions and constantly improve their skills.
